Frankie Saucier is the founder of MorningBrooke Digital Consultancy, a firm created to help companies design strategy and structure that will enable them to communicate effectively online via social media, chat, or text. Prior to founding MorningBrooke, she designed and executed on customer support strategy for enterprise-wide social media and online support chat. Frankie is also a member of Atlanta Social Media Women.
